Theresa is an accomplished nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in development, communications, and organizational management. She most recently served as Executive Director of the California Wolf Center, where she led strategic planning, strengthened governance practices, and significantly increased financial performance and sustainability. Previously, Theresa served as Executive Director of the San Diego Museum Council, leading a coalition of over 45 institutions, launched community programs, and secured major corporate and public funding. She is founder and Principal of Swift Ventures Group, advising nonprofit organizations on strategy, governance, and fund development.

She is a member of the Julian Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Boards of Casa Hogar La Gloria Orphanage of Tijuana, San Diego ART Matters, and California Association of Museums. Theresa holds a BA in English and a Minor in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
